User Agreement for Magic Calculator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Magic Calculator mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. App Usage

Magic Calculator is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Shenzhen Waiwai Niu Education Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App (temporarily or permanently) at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and software code) are owned by Shenzhen Waiwai Niu Education Technology Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Magic Calculator is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Shenzhen Waiwai Niu Education Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our designated page, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
